ABOUT US

Busisizwe Communications is a Rural Development Agency which offers Training, Skills Development Services, SAQA Accredited Qualifications, Skills Programmes, Learnerships, Mentorship Programmes, Work Placements and CSI Initiatives.

We currently offer a SAQA Accredited New Venture Creation Learnership NQF Level 2 and 4 through the Services SETA. This qualification forms the basis for structured programmes for potential and existing entrepreneurs to capitalise on opportunities, to start and grow sustainable businesses that form part of the mainstream economy, enabling the learners to tender for business opportunities within both the public and private sectors. We partner with SAQA Accredited Training Providers to offer many other courses. We are also currently working on extending our scope of training programmes.

Busisizwe boasts of successful track record of conceptualizing and implementation of projects that empower and upskill rural communities.

Our projects are sustainable and lead to economic development of rural youths and communities. Our Company is made up of passionate and dynamic torch bearers who are driven by the quest to realize economic empowerment, social upliftment and development in our rural communities.

SERVICES

RURAL DEVELOPMENT

As a  Rural Development Agency we have partnered with various District and Local Municipalities in Kwazulu Natal and in the Eastern Cape namely Umngungundlovu District Municipality, Nquthu, Impendle, Lusikisiki and Flagstaff local municipalities. We are ready to extend our footprint across South Africa. Our projects are designed to provide enterprising tools that will enable rural communities to empower themselves, to be employers and to create jobs and employment. 

CAREER GUIDANCE WORKSHOPS

Busisizwe also offers Maths & Science Tutorials to rural learners from poor performing High Schools in rural communities. The main objective of this intervention is to produce learners who are able to access Tertiary Education and to be able to take advantage of the Bursaries, Learnerships, Scarce and Critical Skills and other opportunities.

PEOPLE LIVING WITH DISABILITIES

Busisizwe Communications works with People Living with Disabilities from the rural areas. We provide them with training designed to skill them with Enterprising Skills. We also offer them with AET and ABET training as most do not complete school.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

The Company has hosted numerous Rural Community Development events. Our flagship events are Scarce & Critical Awareness Expo’s; we have hosted over 10 Learnership Awareness Expo’s in 10 rural communities.
